Swine Flu is spreading all over the world. The case in Asia is increasing too.

While scientist is finding the inoculation (prevention injection), another illness – Meningitis start to spread in Malaysia. In simple word, it is a disease cause by virus infection inside brain.

Both sicknesses can bring to death! Different illness but almost same way to prevent.

How to Prevent Swine Flu ?

3 simple steps to avoid infection. Of course it is just for your reference. Ask for doctor advise if you need more professional suggestion.

Limit Travel – Hold on your trip to high risk country such as New York, Mexico.

Keep Clean – Always wash hand and wear mask for best hygiene. Don’t simply touch mouth and eye with hands. Wash hand with antibacterial soap,eg: Dettol.

Avoid Public Area in high risk. Public swimming pool, Hospital might not suitable at this moment.

To conclude, I have to cancel the swimming session this coming Sunday. Will monitor and only go after the Meningitis sickness.
